Acrobatics
Acrobatic Arts is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Developed with input from professionals and experts in Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz, Contortion, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Hand Balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive programme. Simple, thoughtful progressions take the beginner pre-school level dancer from log rolls and somersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage! Available from Pre-School age.
It is preferable to also attend Ballet alongside Acrobatics, and Jazz/Modern are also beneficial.

Jazz
A fun and highly energetic dance style.
It is often seen in musical productions and is known for its dynamic theatrical qualities. The style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all need strength and flexibility. Available from Primary 1 age.
It is preferable to attend Modern alongside Jazz.

Modern Theatre Dance
A fun and energetic dance style developing rhythm, strength and musicality through the ISTD Modern Theatre syllabus, encompassing elements of Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Musical Theatre dance.
Available from Primary 1 age.
It is preferable to also attend Ballet alongside Modern.

Commercial
Commercial encompasses Street, Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary, and is the style seen on many music videos and commercials, hence the name! A fun and highly energetic class! Available from Primary 1 age..
